Subscription plans cover the cost of medication(s), supplies, provider video 1:1 visits, labs (except in NY/NJ) shipping, taxes and 24/7 Support.

There are various way to get access to HRT prescriptions. If you want support of Menopause Society trained doctor, I'd check out Inner Balance or MyMenopauseRX. If you don't want to be bothered with doctor visits, you could check out Winona or Alloy, they do all their communication via their patient portal. They'll send your prescriptions directly to their partner compound pharmacy and they will be shipped directly to you.

HRT requires a prescription from a doctor licensed in your state. Currently I'm using Inner Balance and experiencing the best sleep of my life.

Each patient is prescribed a Hormone Therapy kit that is customized to them.

As part of the monthly subscription, comprehensive labs are included. Labs monitor 14+ health biomarkers. Your labs can be at a LabCorp location that is convenient for you, or you can upgrade to at-home lab collection.

Fountain's HRT Program for Women Includes Testosterone

During peri & menopause, testosterone levels can drop, affecting libido, body fat, energy levels, bone density, and more. These are called "testosterone-specific symptoms." This can be a factor if you find your current HRT isn't meeting your expectations.

Many of the HRT companies that I've been a patient of, don't offer Testosterone, so if you know you want to consider Testosterone, Fountain is one to consider and also consider Joi Women's Wellness. So why are other programs unable or unwilling to offer testosterone? Answer: It requires complex hands-on care, face-to-face video visits and comprehensive labs. Not all telehealth providers are set up to be able to test for Testosterone or to prescribe Testosterone.

Can Fountain help me with Weight Loss

Yes, they offer a package that includes GLP-1 medications, like compounded Semaglutide and compounded Tirzepatide. Treatments are personalized in precise dosages to maximize results.

This program is $300 per month, which includes the compounded versions of either of the two GLP-1 medications, the telemedicine visits and free shipping of medications directly to your door.

Can I use my medical and prescription Insurance

Fountain doesn't accept medical or prescription insurance. You can begin your visit and make decisions on which plan you want to purchase without having to get a pre-authorization or approval from your insurance provider.

Yes, you can use your HSA credit card or any other credit card that you choose.

Fountain HRT Program, Cost and Review - is it Worth It

As a point of reference, I pay $99 per month for my HRT with Inner Balance.

My regimen includes free 20 Minute 1:1 Consultation at specific intervals and free communication on small matters
My regimen doesn't include Testosterone which is the most expensive product in an HRT Therapy (Testosterone injections are approximately $60 per month)
My regimen is one product rather than three, which is what most therapies require for maximum benefits (patch, progesterone tablets and vaginal estradiol cream)

If you like the idea of an all-inclusive plan, then this could be a great fit for you.

However, if you want simple HRT and don't want to be bothered with consultation visits, you might also check out Winona or Alloy.
