If you've read any of my blogs, you know that I'm a huge fan of Inner Balance. I've been using their HRT cream since July of 2025. Not only do I feel great, but my sleep has greatly improved. I fall asleep quicker and I stay asleep longer.

Types of Estrogen
There are three main natural types of estrogen in the body:

I'm a sucker for anything related to skin, hair and general women's health. As an HRT patient reviewer, I've also tried Alloy's Face Cream as well as Winona's face cream. All three brands of face cream contain Estriol, but each has it's own "added" ingredients to make them uniquely their own.

Estriol Face Creams Before and After Photos
I've been on some version of Estriol Face cream since June 2024, so 18 months thus far. My first to try was Alloy, then I tried Winona and then I tried Inner Balance.
Here are my before "any" estriol face cream photos and then my after Inner Balance for four weeks photos, 18 months later. The deep wrinkles are much less visible in the side-angle photos and then in the full face photos, the dark circles under my eyes are less noticeable.
For full transparency, I noticed the same benefits from Alloy's cream, but now that I've been able to try Inner Balance and gage how long the bottle lasted, Inner Balance is more affordable per day than Winona and Alloy.
Anti Aging Cream for Women Cost
Prior to being able to try and compare Inner Balance, I was already a fan and using estriol cream on a daily basis. However, I will say that now that I have determined that Inner Balance has a less per day cost and the fact that it glides on so smooth, again I'm a huge fan of inner balance and what they have been able to bring to the perimenopause/menopause community.
