How to get started with Hone Health

Step 01 -

Measure & Assess - One-of-a-kind care is built on YOUR unique needs. Initial set of labs are $60. Hone will send lab orders so you can go to a LabCorp to have blood drawn.

Hone runs advanced lab tests on 40+ biomarkers to reveal what’s really going on in your body—across Hormones, Heart, Brain, Liver, Kidneys, Immunity, Metabolism, and Nutrients.

Step 02 -

Consult & Plan - Your personal action plans begin with a real person.

Your physician builds a personalized longevity plan—treating symptoms fast to restore baseline health, then optimizing your health span for the long haul.

Step 03 -

Treat & Act - There's nothing better than feeling better.

Hone sends supplements, medications, and a lifestyle plan right to your door with ongoing support at every step. Your role: commit to change.

Step 04 -

Optimize & Adapt - Move forward toward even greater possibilities.

This is where transformation starts. You follow the protocol, shift your habits, and start feeling younger and stronger. Longevity isn’t a quick fix—it’s how you live.

Hone Health Review of Cost and Process

I've tried many of the online HRT providers, but I don't have personal experience with this one. The monthly premium membership of $149 is a bit steep, when compared to Joi Women's Wellness which has a very similar platform and charges $50 per month for their membership.

A benefit of both Hone Health and Joi Women's Wellness is that both of these providers write prescriptions for Testosterone. Due to the fact that testosterone for woman is considered "off label," many of the online providers don't offer to prescribe testosterone.

If you've done your homework and know you want to try "T," then I'd check out Joi Women's Wellness and Hone Health to determine which one might be a better fit for you.

If you want to use your medical insurance for HRT appointments and use prescription insurance for HRT prescriptions, then I'd check out MyMenopauseRx. They charge a consult fee of $99, which may be covered by your insurance. They offer to write prescriptions that can be sent to your local pharmacy where you can use your prescription insurance or a GoodRx Coupon. This blog explains my out of pocket cost when I became a patient of MyMenopauseRx.

Further, if you want to start HRT and don't have the time for a 1:1 consult, then I'd suggest you consider Winona. You can create an account for free and immediately start texting and communicate with your doctor on your symptoms and what medications might be best for you. They don't take insurance, but their business model keeps the costs down so much so that they can be less than using your prescription insurance, depending on what you are prescribed.
