How Much does Evernow Cost?
Evernow requires and offers three ways to pay for your membership. You can pay monthly $49. You can pay for 3-months at a time which averages out to $43/month - $129 quarterly or you can pay for one-year at $29/month, single payment of $348.00. All of the plans give you:

The plans don't include medications. You can opt into multi-month plan after sign- up and all plans are HSA/FSA credit card eligible.
Evernow is open to allowing you to use your insurance and sending the prescription to your local pharmacy for you to pick up.
Keep in mind that your local pharmacy will offer conventional HRT and maybe a limited few bioidentical options in standardized does. If your doctor opts to prescribe a customized dose, then you may have to get your prescription at a compounding pharmacy and pay for it out of pocket.
If you have done your research and know you want to try bioidentical Hormone Replacement meds, then you may find that your insurance won't cover the cost and you'll have to pay out of pocket. Bioidenticals are not readily available at your local pharmacy, and you should expect that EVERNOW or your provider will have them shipped directly to you. Be sure to do your homework and understand the differences between conventional and bioidentical HRT.
There is no other pricing on individual meds available from Evernow. The only published pricing is on the membership options.

I wasn't able to locate any details on whether they offer testosterone as part of their HRT, so I am assuming it's not part of their treatment plans.

This company takes great pride in the quality of the providers they hire and bring on board care of their patients. All of them are certified by The Menopause Society. They have a page full of care providers and medical advisors. In addition to having some heavy hitter investors, they also have support from Angel investors like Gwyneth Paltrow, Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Demi Moore, just to name a few.
The process to become a patient is pretty straight forward. Once you are in the fold, you have the opportunity to work with your matched doctor to create a care plan. You are able to use your insurance and I'm assuming they'll guide you on what's typically covered in most plans and warn you if what you want is outside the norm. No up-front or required blood test means less cost initially and less time invested to get from point A to point B. They even mention that time to get started once you sign up could be as little as 24 hours. They do have a few specialty items that you could add to your order for hair loss or even options if want to try non-hormonal treatments.
